Karaoke ATX is committed to making every event seamless from the very first conversation. We respond quickly, stay accessible by phone, text and email, and take the time to understand every detail of your event.
For larger events, we conduct an advance site visit to familiarize ourselves with the venue, including parking, loading areas, freight elevators, power requirements and the exact route our equipment will take to the event space.
We plan the details in advance so that when your event begins, everything simply works.
Every event should feel like your event. Karaoke ATX can incorporate your company branding, event theme, custom graphics, videos and other visual elements directly into the karaoke experience.
Our production capabilities allow us to seamlessly transition between karaoke lyrics, branded content, videos and custom visuals throughout your event—creating a cohesive experience that feels designed specifically for your guests.
Need help developing the look or theme? We love getting creative. Custom graphics, video content and other creative services are also available.
Whenever possible, we work from a venue floor plan and coordinate directly with your event planner, venue representative or hotel event staff before the event.
Together, we determine the ideal placement for the stage, sound system, karaoke equipment and screens; confirm power requirements; plan guest and performer flow; and identify the best locations for interactive elements such as song-request QR codes, lighting and approved special effects.
When a floor plan isn’t available, we’ll create our own working layout during the site visit.
Every detail is planned before event day so your guests experience a polished, effortless production from the moment the first song begins.
For large-scale productions, Karaoke ATX can integrate with venue and production AV systems, including LED video walls, projection systems and jumbotrons.
We coordinate in advance with venue technicians and AV production teams to confirm video and audio requirements, signal routing and system compatibility. When required, we can convert HDMI signals to SDI and interface our karaoke system with the venue’s existing audio and video infrastructure.
For complex productions, we conduct advance testing and technical rehearsals to verify every connection before event day.
The result is seamless integration with your production—not a karaoke system simply dropped into the room.
Karaoke ATX carries commercial general liability insurance, along with coverage for our professional production equipment, giving our clients and venue partners added peace of mind.
Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and other required documentation are available upon request. We can also coordinate directly with your venue or event team to provide the documentation required for your event.

Cleanliness is part of our event standard. Microphones and guest-facing equipment are cleaned and sanitized before every event and throughout the event as appropriate. Our equipment arrives clean, organized and presentation-ready.

Meet Michaux Clopton
Karaoke ATX is owned and operated by Michaux Clopton, a fourth-generation South Austinite with a background in live sound, recording engineering, music production and performance.
As a recording artist, singer, producer and experienced live-event professional, Michaux brings both the technical knowledge and the performer’s perspective to every production. He and the Karaoke ATX team understand that great karaoke isn’t simply about playing songs—it’s about creating an environment where people feel comfortable stepping up, sounding great and having an incredible time.

Michaux helped me create a 1980s-themed karaoke party for 200 attendees who all flew in from North Carolina, United Therapeutics Pharmaceuticals Annual Sales Staff Party at Marriott Austin Downtown. Michaux was great to work with from start to finish! He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything needed to make our event successful! Michaux worked hard to get us everything we wanted and he’s hands down the best vendor I’ve ever worked with!
Michaux is dedicated to the craft of karaoke, and he helps everyone enjoy the experience. We hosted an event for about 2,000 university staff members. We used Karaoke ATX for a large staff appreciation event at Texas State University, and Michaux and his mad DJ skills did not disappoint. I can't say enough good things about Michaux and the passion he has for his industry. He's incredibly knowledgeable, professional, accommodating, and resourceful...not to mention charismatic!
